projects

Some side projects for work and fun!

confection

A cellular automata-based disease modeling framework exploring emergent epidemiological behavior via formal methods. Built on Temporal Forge with a custom visualizer.

Quantum MIS solver

Winner at MIT iQuHACK

Implemented quantum algorithms on QuEra hardware to solve the NP-Hard MIS problem and developed a classical ML pipeline that uses these quantum solutions to efficiently select training data, improving performance on tasks like image classification.

human dj

A collaborative MIDI instrument powered by human touch. Arduino detects interactions with participants and the DJ, mapping signals to notes, samples, and loops.

yoga-bot

Real-time yoga pose detection using a multi-model CNN and neural network pipeline in TensorFlow, achieving 94% accuracy on live camera feeds.

nature-net

Wolfram Award Winner, Hack@Brown

A real-time plant species detector and audio guide. A conductive glove triggers a Pi Camera; images are processed on a Raspberry Pi with Plant.id, and GPT-3 generates audio information.
